Legal Associate (Litigation)

Responsibilities

1. Able to conduct hearings and full trials.
2. Excellent Legal Research (authorities based)
3. Drafting and preparing cause papers, pleadings, interlocutory applications, affidavits, submissions.
4. Preparing legal opinions.
5. Knowledge on Maritime matters will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

1. 5 Years PQE.
2. Experience in handling civil, general and banking litigation matters.
3. Able to handle cases in bulk.
4. Able to adapt in fast-working environment.
5. Willing to learn new things.
6. Able to work in a team.
