Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal support in handling entire portfolio of agreements.
2. Identify & filter specific / legacy agreements for updating.
3. Assist in review / comment / engross terms in agreements.
4. Collaborate with service lines for agreements queries.
5. Work closely with service teams, monitor fully signed agreements.
6. Archive and maintain an updated agreements record system.

Key Requirements:

1. Formal training or qualification in law or related disciplines required.
2. Associate Degree or Higher Diploma holder with 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
3. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
4. Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
5. Independent, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
6. Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive work attitude.
