Legal, Assistant Manager/ Manager

Responsibilities:

• Review, draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
• Preparation and facilitate corporate legal matters
• Provide legal advice on issues that arose from operations to the Management and assess the impact of such issues on business
• Liaise with external solicitors for advice and representation (if any)
• Participate in private and government project tender activities
• Assist directors and managers on all other aspects

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Admitted to the bar
• At least 5 years of experience in legal practice and/or in-house
• Familiar with Malaysia law and Singapore law
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills with attention to details
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
