Job Description:

1. (Only allowed and supervised job scopes will apply to Chamber position):
2. Conduct legal research, analyzing evidence, and advising clients on the potential outcomes of litigation.
3. Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
4. Attend court hearings, client meetings, and negotiate settlements on behalf of the clients.
5. Represent clients in court proceedings, including pre-trial hearings, trials, and appeals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law with qualified certificates or equivalent.
2. Able to speak English and Bahasa Melayu.
3. Able to work independently and under minimal supervision (not applicable to Chamber position).
