Job description

We are seeking to hire a dedicated and experienced lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and be well-versed in conveyancing matters, estate administration and be able to handle various ad-hoc duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handling conveyancing matters, including sales and purchase agreements, transfers, and other property-related transactions.
  2. Managing uncontested applications for estate administration.
  3. Assisting with the preparation of legal documents.
  4. Performing ad-hoc duties and legal research as required.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 2-3 years PQE in a legal environment.
  2. Experienced in conveyancing and estate administration.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Start Date: 08 January 2025
