LED Screen Technical Team Lead

Lead and supervise the technical team during LED screen installations, testing, and dismantling processes.

Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and layout plans for screen setups.

Coordinate logistics for on-site setup, ensuring timely and safe execution.

Ensure equipment is properly handled, maintained, and stored.

Troubleshoot hardware or signal issues on-site and provide swift solutions.

Liaise with project managers, event coordinators, and clients during site execution.

Train and guide junior team members on best practices, safety protocols, and technical skills.

Monitor and enforce workplace safety regulations during operations.

Requirements:

At least 2–5 years of experience in LED screen setup or AV technical roles.

Strong knowledge of LED display systems (indoor & outdoor), signal flow, and power distribution.

Ability to manage a team under tight timelines and pressure.

Physically fit and able to work long hours, midnight, weekends or during public holiday when needed.

Comfortable with working at height and handling heavy equipment.

Basic knowledge in electrical wiring, rigging, or scaffolding is an added advantage.

Possess a valid driving license (GDL is a plus).
