Job description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to undertake teaching, research, scholarly activities and academic development;
- Provide direction, leadership, and day to day management of educational activities;
- Perform any other tasks as assigned from time to time;
- Area of Specialization: Bakery/ Hot Kitchen/ Cold Kitchen
Requirements:
- Masters in Culinary Arts/ Culinary Management/ Gastronomy/ Hospitality/ Hotel Management or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years of operational, technical or management work experience in the related industry;
- Strong interest and expertise in teaching, product development and be involved in scholarly activities;
- Required skills: Excellent communication skills, counselling and motivational skills, excellent presentation skills, MS PowerPoint;
- Record of research and publication will be an added advantage.
