Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to undertake teaching, research, scholarly activities and academic development;
  • Provide direction, leadership, and day to day management of educational activities;
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned from time to time;
  • Area of Specialization: Bakery/ Hot Kitchen/ Cold Kitchen

Requirements:

  • Masters in Culinary Arts/ Culinary Management/ Gastronomy/ Hospitality/ Hotel Management or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years of operational, technical or management work experience in the related industry;
  • Strong interest and expertise in teaching, product development and be involved in scholarly activities;
  • Required skills: Excellent communication skills, counselling and motivational skills, excellent presentation skills, MS PowerPoint;
  • Record of research and publication will be an added advantage.
