Lecturer/Programme Leader - Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Programme Leader – Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management to join our academic team, ensure MQA compliance, and drive excellence in curriculum development and student success.

Job Description:

  1. Teaching and Academic Delivery:
    • Deliver engaging and structured lessons for Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management courses, ensuring alignment with program outcomes.
    • Develop lesson plans, lecture materials, and assessment tools in compliance with academic standards.
    • Conduct lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, and assessments effectively.
    • Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, including supervision of projects and assignments.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and integrate relevant knowledge into course delivery.
  2. Curriculum Development and MQA Documentation:
    • Participate in the development, review, and improvement of the Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management curriculum.
    • Lead and contribute to the preparation and submission of MQA documentation for program accreditation and audits.
    • Ensure compliance with MQA standards and guidelines in all academic activities.
    • Develop course files, program handbooks, and other relevant academic documentation.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure course materials are current, comprehensive, and aligned with industry standards.
  3. Assessment and Evaluation:
    • Design and administer formative and summative assessments that align with program outcomes.
    • Provide timely and constructive feedback on student performance.
    • Participate in moderation and validation of assessments.
    • Ensure adherence to academic integrity policies during assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management program, ensuring academic quality and compliance with MQA standards.
  • Lead curriculum design, review, and enhancement to meet industry and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage MQA documentation and ensure successful accreditation and audits.
  • Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for pharmacy modules.
  • Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students.
  • Collaborate with faculty and industry partners to align the program with market needs.
  • Contribute to research activities and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a pharmacy program.
  • Proven experience in MQA documentation, compliance, and audits.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Passion for education, innovation, and student development.
