Lecturer of Healthcare Management (Immediate Hiring)

KOLEJ UNIKOP' is seeking an experienced and passionate Lecturer of Healthcare Management to join our dynamic team in Cyberjaya, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lectures to our tertiary-level students, helping them develop the knowledge and skills required to excel in the healthcare management field.

What you'll be doing

• To teach Diploma Students and will be allocated by the Head of School or Head Academic
• To assist in developing student progress, achievement and attendance
• Preparing and delivering lectures on a variety of healthcare management topics
• Designing and facilitating interactive learning activities to enhance student engagement
• Assessing student performance through examinations, projects, and other assessments
• Providing individualized feedback and support to help students reach their full potential
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in healthcare management
• Participating in curriculum development and review processes
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective teaching approach

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching healthcare management at the tertiary level
• A relevant Bachelor or Master's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, policies, and regulations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students
• A passion for education and a commitment to student-centric learning
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the overall success of the department
