Review, develop and update lesson plans and learning materials in compliance with the syllabus and curriculum.
Conduct lectures, tutorials, and any other means of facilitating the student's learning.
Contribute to the development of new academic programmes.
Monitor, supervise and report student progress in terms of academic performance and attendance.
Involve in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments.
Provide academic counselling, pastoral care and mentoring sessions to all students.
Work in collaboration with sales and marketing to achieve targeted student enrolment; including organising seminars, college activities, open days and programme previews.
Requirements:
Master’s degree or PhD in marketing or any relevant field.
Preferably with 3 years' experience in teaching relevant subjects.
Able to teach Marketing, Digital Marketing & Advertising courses.
Good presentation skills and command of written and spoken English.
A strong knowledge of the subject area combined with a broad subject background enables contributions to teaching programmes.
Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with students and staff from a diverse range of backgrounds.
Technology savvy, familiar with MS Teams and online teaching.
