Job Title: Leasing Manager / Senior Manager - Leasing

Department: Property Management / Leasing

Salary Package: up to RM140,000 PA

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Leasing Manager to lead leasing activities for our commercial properties, including malls, retail spaces, and office assets. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial leasing and a solid understanding of retail property management. A strong network within the F&B retail chain industry is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental yields across assigned commercial properties.

Identify, approach, and secure prospective tenants to meet tenancy mix and business objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agents, and retail/F&B industry players.

Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and tenancy documentation in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to enhance asset value.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support tenant retention and mall activation.

Ensure compliance with leasing policies, government regulations, and internal procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in commercial leasing.

Strong understanding of retail and commercial property dynamics.

Proven ability to close deals and manage lease cycles independently.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Established network within the F&B retail sector is a strong advantage.

Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
