As the Supervisor for Learning & Development, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering training programs across the organization. Your responsibilities will include developing training materials, coordinating logistics, conducting evaluations, and ensuring effective training delivery to enhance clinic employee skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive schedules and plans for training sessions, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with Indonesia HQ on latest product and procedures to be arranged for training in Malaysia where necessary.
  • Identify and register potential training participants while maintaining accurate records.
  • Create and distribute invitations for training sessions to ensure all participants are informed and prepared.
  • Gather and prepare necessary training materials, including modules, presentations, and technical equipment (e.g., projectors, laptops).
  • Secure and equip training venues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to confirm arrangements.
  • Regularly update existing training modules for technical and soft skills to reflect current industry standards.
  • Design and develop new training modules that meet participants' educational needs.
  • Prepare and present training materials according to established standards and best practices.
  • Foster an interactive learning environment by engaging participants effectively during sessions.
  • Develop pre-tests and post-tests to assess participants' knowledge and skills before and after training.
  • Create and distribute evaluation questionnaires to gather feedback on training effectiveness and participant satisfaction.
  • Analyze training results and feedback to identify areas for improvement and report findings to management.
  • Compile comprehensive reports on training activities, including photos, documentation, participant lists, and performance scores.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress for compliance and future reference.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to employees post-training to reinforce learning and development.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in training coordination, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in creating engaging training materials and presentations.
  • High level of accuracy in preparing documents and materials.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to address training-related challenges effectively.
