We’re on the lookout for an innovative, tech-savvy, and passionate individual to join us as our next Learning & Development Specialist / Trainer (Software Development). WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Driving Technical Mastery: Design and deliver cutting-edge training programmes on software development best practices, including Agile, DevOps, Test-Driven Development, CI/CD pipelines, and programming languages.
• Creating Real-World Simulations: Develop scenario-based training modules that replicate complex challenges in software development, project delivery, and customer interaction to hone employees’ problem-solving skills, decision-making, and adaptability.
• Shaping Future Leaders: Implement structured leadership development initiatives to build talent pipelines and ensure our team is ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
• Trailblazing the Onboarding Journey: Craft and refine onboarding programs that integrate new hires into our culture seamlessly, reducing time-to-productivity while maximizing engagement.
• Collaborating for Impact: Partner with leaders to address current and future skills gaps, ensuring learning solutions align with business growth and innovation.
• Measuring Success: Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes using performance metrics and data, continually enhancing their impact.

IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

These points aren’t a must, but they will definitely help you hit the ground running! You are someone who:

• Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Possesses up to 5 years of experience in L&D. Hands-on experience in the software development or tech industry is highly preferred!
• Understands the software development lifecycle and enjoys translating technical concepts into engaging learning experiences.
• Isn’t afraid to try new ideas or rethink traditional learning models to inspire growth.
• Can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Displays strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage different audiences.
• Lives and breathes collaboration – you love working with people and have strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Proficiency in tools such as LMS platforms and graphic/video editing software.
