Job Description & Role Responsibilities:
Source, implement, and manage relevant learning programs (in-class/remote, internal/external) aligned with business goals.
Manage HRDC fund usage in Malaysia to meet local learning needs while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Assess and prioritize learning needs, particularly in soft skills, leadership, and R&D environments.
Contribute to international learning projects aimed at improving the employee learning experience.
Promote and communicate certifications and programs offered through 3DS University.
Monitor and report on learning activities, including data administration, LMS management, and session follow-ups.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Psychology, Human Resources or any related Degree with Organizational Development or Organizational Psychology or Learning & Development
5+ years’ experience in a Learning and Development role with proven track record of achievements in driving positive learning experiences
Pedagogy and/or instructional experience
Technical knowledge of Learning Management systems and eLearning tools
