LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Lafleur Beauty is a dynamic and growing SME specializing in health and beauty products. We’re passionate about empowering our sales teams with the skills and confidence to succeed. As we expand, we’re seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Coordinator to help us elevate our team to the next level.

You will be responsible for supporting the growth and performance of the sales team by planning and delivering practical, engaging training sessions. This role bridges product knowledge and effective selling techniques, ensuring that agents and team members are confident and capable of meeting sales targets.

What You’ll Do

Work with our experts to:

1. Plan and deliver engaging sales training programs (online & face-to-face)
2. Create, update, and maintain training materials for product and sales techniques
3. Coordinate internal and external training sessions
4. Support new product launches with go-to-market training for agents
5. Maintain a monthly training calendar and monitor training effectiveness

Who We’re Looking For

1. Diploma/Degree in any field
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in training or sales-related roles
3. Able to communicate effectively in BM, English, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking agents
4. Background in beauty, skincare, or wellness is an added bonus
5. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if you have the passion for teaching, motivating, and guiding others
