Designing and developing instructional materials, such as e-learning modules, classroom presentations, and assessments.
Collaborating with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and create content that meets the needs of the target audience.
Applying instructional design principles and theories to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Using technology and multimedia tools to create interactive and visually appealing content.
Working hand in hand with Learning and Development Lead and Manager to conduct needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of the developed content.
Maintaining a consistent look and feel for all learning materials and ensuring that they meet brand and accessibility standards.
Staying current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and continuously improving content design skills.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that all deadlines are met.
Gathering requirements and feedback and ensuring that the content is aligned with business goals and objectives.
Providing guidance and support to other team members or departments on instructional design principles and best practices.
Working with the technology team to integrate the learning content with the appropriate learning management system (LMS) or other technology platforms.
Designing and implementing assessment strategies and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the learning content and make data-driven improvements.
Maintaining a centralized repository of learning materials and ensuring that they are easily accessible and up to date.
Continuously improving their own skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Performing other related duties as assigned by superior/management.
Qualification and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or 2-5 years of experience in instructional design, instructional technology, or a related field.
At least 2-5 years of experience in instructional design or a related field such as curriculum development or technical writing.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring, multimedia design, or any other multimedia designing tools applicable to the job.
