We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Talent Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development strategies to enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. Additionally, the Learning and Talent Manager will play a key role in talent management initiatives, career pathing, and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement learning and development programs to address organizational needs and enhance employee skills.
  2. Develop competency frameworks.
  3. Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and create customized learning plans.
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making adjustments as necessary.
  5. Lead the development of a comprehensive talent management strategy, including career pathing and succession planning.
  6. Identify high-potential employees and work with leadership to create career development plans.
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and talent management.
  8. Partner with external vendors, as needed, to deliver specialized training programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in learning and talent management, with a track record of successful program development and implementation.
  3. Excellent writing, developing frameworks, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including senior management.
  5. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms.
  6. Certification in learning/psychometrics/talent management or related fields is desirable.
