Operational role is to design, conduct, and organize training programs to improve the production team performance and ensure productivity in our quality standard.
To train all new operators or new processes to meet operations competency.
To train all operators on quality awareness & improvement in production shop-floor.
To train & develop Multi-skilled Operator / Technical Operator on process control of Critical To Quality (CTQ) to meet products quality critical criteria.
Lead & manage electrolyte weighing control to meet repeatability (CPK) value.
To analyze & assess training effectiveness.
Update OJT training record & filing.
Factory Quality management experience is preferred.
More than 5 years working experience in the manufacturing field.
Familiar with SAP system.
More than 5 years in Production & Manufacturing Field.
