LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

• Operational role is to design, conduct, and organize training programs to improve the production team performance and ensure productivity in our quality standard.
• To train all new operators or new processes to meet operations competency.
• To train all operators on quality awareness & improvement in production shop-floor.
• To train & develop Multi-skilled Operator / Technical Operator on process control of Critical To Quality (CTQ) to meet products quality critical criteria.
• Lead & manage electrolyte weighing control to meet repeatability (CPK) value.
• To analyze & assess training effectiveness.
• Update OJT training record & filing.
• Factory Quality management experience is preferred.
• More than 5 years working experience in the manufacturing field.
• Familiar with SAP system.
• More than 5 years in Production & Manufacturing Field.
