Role Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Delivery Centre Lead to join and manage the team. The Delivery Centre Lead role requires a combination of organisational, people management, training & development, resource (and time) management, self-management and problem solving/decision making skills.

The person must have a proven track record of success in a sales, recruitment and service environment, great attention to detail and will have demonstrated an ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally.

This key role will be responsible for driving global requirement load balancing, playing a hands-on position managing and supporting large campaigns/recruitment delivery and scheduling the Delivery Centre projects accordingly.

You and your team will also manage the talent banking activities across multi-sector candidates (PIE) in line with the business needs at any given time. This role requires you to personally and through your team provide fast, high quality recruitment delivery solutions globally.

This position will report to the Recruitment Director and has inter-dependencies with the Recruitment, Sales and Service Functions globally. This person will interact mainly with the Country Managers, Regional Directors and their teams in Australia, Asia and Papua New Guinea.

Principle Accountabilities:

  1. Provide concise, quality customer service to internal and external clients and consultants in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Analyse and manage leaver pipelines to anticipate leavers by reviewing work order end dates and other documents.
  3. Deliver excellent internal service to the Delivery Center Leads within the other 3 global hubs.
  4. Source and manage candidate pools across the PIE (Process, Infrastructure, Energy) to ensure a “live” network of candidates is available to react to any new requirements that may arise.
  5. Work closely with the Service Function to provide a full analysis of historical data to understand the ratio of leavers that should have or could have been rehired.
  6. Use all available resources and networks to successfully source new candidates (Job Boards, LinkedIn etc).
  7. Gather and manage the information on the Hot Jobs in each region and distribute this information to the Delivery Consultants and Service Functions globally.
  8. Establish yourself and your team members as the key point of contact within Retention & Rehire externally with all current contractors.
  9. Ensure you and your team record all relevant external calls into the Candidate Management System to ensure figures are captured and information is accessible globally.
  10. With support from the Recruitment Director, manage your team KPIs, development plans and online LMS training modules.
  11. You will be able to display a track record of taking ownership of individual targets as well as the ability to work in a cooperative team environment.
  12. You must be a good communicator and must have a proven track record within a sales and results oriented environment with a strong desire to succeed.
  13. Fully utilise the use of the Candidate Management Database, web searches, networking and advertising.
  14. Ensure all candidates are fully screened and possess the correct skill set experience and qualifications against the incoming Job Requirements.
  15. Interface weekly with the other Delivery Centre Leads within the group, sharing best practices and market sector intelligence.
  16. Maintain and develop relationships with new candidates and clients both in person and via telephone.
  17. Work closely with the Sales and Recruitment Functions globally.
  18. Be able to demonstrate and promote learning across PIE sectors (Power, Infrastructure, Energy) by gathering intelligence from candidates and industry press articles.
  19. Report weekly on KPI performance, demonstrating accountability and commitment to promote improvements.
  20. Consistently research and monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information and then acting upon the information by sharing it with Sales / Recruitment Functions.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  1. 5+ years of sales/recruitment/service delivery experience.
  2. Ability to be flexible and able to multitask with day-to-day workflow.
  3. Team management experience is essential.
  4. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Possess strong organisational skills and must be detail oriented. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  6. Applicants must be based in Malaysia with current work rights.
  7. Ability to meet the highest attendance requirements.
  8. Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  9. Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment with non-flexible deadlines.
  10. The individual will be able to display a track record of taking ownership of completing projects, managing themselves in an emotionally controlled way and being able to influence others. It is imperative to demonstrate the ability to manage key performance indicators and balance high volumes of workload with the ability to seek guidance where necessary.
  11. They must be able to work and manage a fast paced and dynamic results oriented environment. Business development / Account Management experience would be an advantage.
