Lead Product Owner (Digital Bank)

As the Product Lead for Retail and SME at Boost Bank, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and overseeing the development and management of deposit products tailored to meet the needs of our retail and SME customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for retail and SME deposit products, aligning with the overall business objectives and customer needs
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management process, from conceptualization to launch and ongoing optimization
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, risk management, and operations, to ensure seamless product delivery and customer experience
• Define product requirements, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans for new deposit offerings, leveraging data-driven insights and customer feedback
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and implement initiatives to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and regulatory adherence
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting deposit products and recommend strategic adjustments as needed
• Drive a customer-centric approach across all aspects of product development and delivery, ensuring that deposit products meet and exceed customer expectations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record of success in various Banking/ Financial Services product management.
• Strong understanding of retail and SME banking dynamics, market trends, and regulatory requirements
• Experience leading product development initiatives from ideation to launch, with a customer-centric mindset and a data-driven approach
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
