Lead Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Craft great payment experiences while also focusing on performance and scalability.
• Provide user-research insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Projects

• Improve the UI/UX of the 6 core products.
• Drive the set-up of a knowledge centre around insights and behaviours regarding payments.
• Co-creation of new use-cases through design workshops, ideation sessions, and user validation interviews.

Must Have

• An online portfolio showcasing the design thinking process.
• Experience in working on solutions, responsible for the usability, design roadmap, and ownership of a full product design vertical.
• Product knowledge about payments/Fintech industry.
• Design principles, UX research, usability testing, prototyping.
• Figma.

Nice to Have

• UI kits & Design Systems.
• Worked on qualitative and quantitative usability measurement methodologies.

Level

• This is a senior role, with a minimum of 8+ years of UI/UX experience.
