Responsibilities

• Tackle the most complex and challenging problems, moving from team to team.
• Identify and prioritize problems that have the biggest business impact.
• Design and develop high-quality, secure, and scalable software using Java.
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers.

Team & Culture

• As a Java subject matter expert, you will set the engineering standards and keep those around you accountable (MAANG standards).

Must Have

• 5+ years Java (T-Shaped engineer with depth of experience in Java).
• You have worked for local Unicorns, US, EU scale-ups, or VC-backed startups.

Nice to have

• Data: Python / Hadoop / Spark (or ML).

Level / Grade

• 6-15+ years experience in a Senior / Lead / Principal Engineer role(s).
• Salary - top 5% earner in Malaysia.

Location

• Must live in KL - Office based, 5 days.
• Can relocate Malaysians from SG / HK / UK, etc.

Before you apply
