The Lead Generation & Growth Specialist is an outbound-focused role, responsible for generating qualified pipeline through structured prospecting, intent-based outreach, and personalized lead engagement for the APAC Region. Reporting to the Lead Generation & Growth Team Lead (NL), this role collaborates closely with Sales to ensure alignment on outreach priorities and lead qualification. Unlike traditional sales development roles, this position leverages buyer signals, data-driven targeting, and modern engagement tools to create a warm, qualified funnel that increases conversion rates and overall pipeline efficiency.
Lead Qualification - Apply scoring models, engagement data, and prospect signals to assess and prioritize leads.
Outbound Prospecting - Execute structured outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and chat to generate interest and meetings.
Tool Proficiency - Use sales engagement tools such as Apollo, Outreach, or Drift to scale and personalize outreach.
Audience Targeting - Use persona, firmographic, and intent data to tailor outreach for relevance.
CRM Discipline - Maintain clean, up-to-date records in systems like Salesforce, supporting tracking and reporting.
Lead Scoring Application - Apply lead scoring logic based on campaign performance and response behavior.
Sales Handoff Process - Ensure qualified leads are passed to Sales with clear, contextual insights to support conversion.
Conversion Focus - Focus on quality and conversion when booking meetings and passing leads to Sales.
Account Mapping - Identify key roles and decision-makers within target accounts for personalized outreach.
Collaboration with Sales - Provide feedback and insight from outreach efforts to support Sales alignment.
Outbound Execution - Deliver persona-based outreach using segmentation, timing, and best practices.
AI-Enabled Engagement - Leverage modern sales tools to scale outreach and improve response rates.
Performance Awareness - Use outreach and lead data to refine the approach and improve performance.
Process Consistency - Follow structured outreach workflows to ensure reliability and scalability.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
4+ years of experience in outbound lead generation, sales development, and/or business development.
Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales engagement tools.
Solid understanding of qualification frameworks, persona-based outreach, and targeting strategy.
Experience using tools like Apollo, Drift, Outreach, or similar platforms is preferred.
