Job Summary
The job purpose is to support Enterprise Application Systems, involve in functional SAP support, process improvement, documentation, KPI tracking and project management.

The Day-To-Day Activities
• Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and customization of solutions to meet business requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide status updates to senior management.
• Drive process improvement to improve operational efficiency. Participate in system upgrades and integrations.
• Monitor system performance and take corrective actions as needed.
• Support for integration with other applications.
• Documentation and KPI tracking. Ensure documentation of program development is compiled and complete.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather user feedback on change requests and projects.
• Prepare test cases, project blueprints, and functional specification reviews.
• Involvement in unit testing or user acceptance testing.
• Follow established change control procedures for migration to QA and SAP Production.
• Oversee system audits.
• Conduct or participate in the tendering process.

About You
• At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
• At least 8-10 years of working experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules and their integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAP FICO issues.
• Knowledge in integration with other non-SAP systems is essential (Example: E-Invoice system, billing and CRM system).
• Understand business process requirements and translate them into system configuration/customized solutions according to design.
• Applicant must possess excellent teamwork, positive attitude, good communication, interpersonal skills, and self-initiative to learn.
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills.
• Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
• Have basic knowledge of SAP Query and Technical Skills.
• Basic ABAP/Basis skills will be an added advantage.
• Experience with Shell scripting and Oracle DB will be an added advantage.
