Job Descriptions

• Act as the main contact between the company and the clients for all engineering operations (Mechanical, Electrical, General).
• Manage daily engineering operations, team performance, and incidents to ensure smooth business operations.
• Oversee financial performance, ensuring revenue and profit targets are met.
• Create and implement an annual plan to ensure operations meet customer needs and sustainable practices.
• Prepare and deliver accurate management reports and performance data.
• Ensure the operations are fully compliant with safety, health, and regulatory standards through regular audits and keep staff compliant with QSHE policy.
• Maintain records of insurance, licenses, and regulatory documents, and ensure all documentation is completed during handovers.
• Respond to customer communications promptly and suggest improvements for operations.
• Provide leadership and manage engineering, executive, and supervisory staff to support business growth.
• Promote teamwork between site and head office and ensure effective use of technology for site management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Facility Management) from a university recognized by the Malaysia Government.
• At least 5 years of experience in Engineering facility management in building management/township management/district management with a minimum degree qualification in facility management/engineering discipline.
• Good communication skills with project stakeholders, including relevant authorities.
• Strong technical knowledge in facility management.
• Strong operational leadership, enterprising, analytical & creative.
