Job Responsibilities:
Generic:
- To interface and provide technical input related to business development, ITB/RFQs, project implementation, and coordination.
- To provide technical input and advisory for project execution, technical issues encountered, and project direction.
- To provide training for in-house BV engineers and/or clients on topics related to maintenance management, asset integrity management, RCM/FMECA/RAM, safety management, and construction safety.
- To lead the execution of projects related to maintenance management, asset integrity management (AIM), and safety management.
- To provide technical advisory and be the project lead for development of documents related to SERP, HSE management system, and safety procedures.
- To provide input and be the project lead for the close-outs of safety studies (HAZOP/HAZID).
- To provide mentoring and guidance to engineers (senior and junior) and interns.
- To understand and comply with project requirements and relevant industry standards and regulations.
Specific:
- Developing Inspection and Test Plans for E&I equipment.
- Ensure the technical integrity of projects, including compliance with the project scope and accepted good engineering practices.
- Perform RCFA following detailed design and troubleshooting guidelines, using investigating techniques for E&I failures.
- Lead/perform obsolescence studies for E&I.
- Participate in Asset Extension Studies for E&I.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Instrumentations or any related studies.
- Familiarity with Electrical, Instrumentations & Telecommunications (EI&T).
- Familiarity with Oil and Gas processes.
- Familiarity with Safety Critical Elements (SCE) and Performance Standards (PS).
- Familiarity with CMMS.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- 12 years’ experience in Oil and Gas/Petrochemical/Chemical Facility or Consultancy/Engineering.
- Others:
