Lead Consultant (Economics, Strategy, And Policy Advisory)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Consultant to join our ESP consulting team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can leverage economic insights to shape policy and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee high-impact ESP consulting projects from strategy design to final delivery.
• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders through impactful presentations and advisory.
• Strategic Solutioning: Lead solution workshops and large-group discussions to drive innovative problem-solving.
• Economic Modeling and Analysis: Utilise advanced economic modelling techniques to deliver insights into demand and feasibility.
• Thought Leadership: Drive thought leadership initiatives by producing high-quality reports on emerging trends and policy implications.

Requirements

• Minimum 6-7 years in the consulting industry with a focus on public sector consulting or ESP advisory.
• Proven expertise in master planning, policy advisory, economic modelling, and feasibility analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in managing project teams and conducting client engagements.
• Commercial Acumen: Business development experience with an ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to craft comprehensive strategies and actionable insights.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of economics, strategy, and policy advisory, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. We offer a competitive salary of RM250,000 - RM350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
