What would you do?

• Data Analysis & Financial Modeling: Responsible for financial modeling and simulation to support management decisions and strategic initiatives for new projects and provide actionable insights through data analysis, particularly in profitability and cost-benefit analysis.
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning: Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting cycles, working closely with departments to consolidate and review inputs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor OPEX and CAPEX: Track operating and capital expenditures, flagging material deviations to senior team members.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Serve as a key point of contact for financial and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Assist in developing reporting tools and dashboards to enhance data visibility for stakeholders.
• Ad Hoc Financial Analysis: Provide support on ad hoc analysis and special projects as requested by management, offering insights that help the business respond to changing needs and strategic priorities.
• Business Partnering: Build strong working relationships with teams across the organization, supporting them with data-driven insights and aligning financial initiatives with their objectives.

Who should join us?

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or any other related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years in FP&A or a related financial role.
• Excellent communication skills to interact and engage with different levels of stakeholders.
• Good critical thinking, data analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable and flexible to work well in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in Financial modeling.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Python, Power Automate, BI or equivalent would be an added advantage.
