Improve the stability and robustness of management systems by gathering objective evidence through observation, interviewing, and sampling of documents.
Maintain knowledge on relevant requirements based on internal changes (for example, in processes or products technology) and external changes (for example, changes in the standard, core tools, customer requirements, etc.).
An IATF 16949 Lead Auditor plays a pivotal role in assessing and ensuring compliance with the IATF 16949 standard within an automotive organization. This role involves conducting thorough audits of the quality management system and identifying areas for improvement.
To assimilate, understand, and operate the Bureau Veritas Certification Management System.
To control the overall performance of audit activities, including any planning, review, and the control of the other members of the audit team.
Authority over whatever decisions are necessary during the audits and to recommend the presentation or otherwise of a certificate of approval.
To decide upon evidence gained during Audits whether or not certification should be granted or allowed to continue.
To assist in the training of other Auditors and Lead Auditors, either during planned Audits or during other training functions.
To maintain all current Memberships and Registrations applicable to the post.
Key Requirements:
Possess a degree in a related field of studies.
At least 2 years of total working experience in automotive manufacturing.
Complete at least 8 days of audit experience, covering at least 2 complete audits acting as a Lead Auditor under the guidance of a Lead Auditor in the same discipline.
Demonstrates successful completion of the following:
IATF 16949 Training & Quiz
MSA & SPC Training & Quiz
AIAG & VDA FMEA Handbook Training & Quiz
IATF ADP valid certificate.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or Integrated Management System Lead Auditor qualification and experience will be an added advantage.
