LD Talent - UX Design, UI Design, UX Research, Sketch, Photoshop

Internal to LD, we need someone who is strong at design (or at least at evaluating designers’ work) to help with some management. Your main role would be creating designs (or tasking designers to create them), assigning the work (to engineers), reviewing the work, and merging PRs. We are looking for an Engineering Manager (EM) to join our CPO in managing design work as our company scales.

This will be a full-time role, identical to the CPO role described in this video. The compensation will be 40 USD per day, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, 50 weeks per year. For the right candidate with the right design background, the number of hours per day is negotiable, but you would be expected to work 5 days per week.
