Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, legal, and risk management, to streamline partnership integration and ensure a seamless user experience.
Monitor partnership performance, measure key metrics, and implement optimization strategies to maximize value for both Alibaba International and partners.
Maintain strong relationships with partners, regularly communicating updates, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for joint innovation.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in financial services partnerships.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in partnership management, preferably in the fintech or e-commerce industry.
Solid understanding of the global financial services landscape, including credit cards, mobile wallets, and digital payments.
Proven track record in negotiating and closing deals with major financial institutions and technology partners.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
