About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Lawyer to join the team at MANJIT SINGH SACHDEV MOHAMMAD RADZI & PARTNERS in Kota Damansara, Selangor. As a full-time member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the firm's wide-ranging legal services and contributing to the success of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive legal advice, services, and legal documents in matters related to the project, i.e., Sale and Purchase Agreement, Deed of Mutual Covenant, Loan documents;
• Conducting legal research, analysis, and preparing legal documents;
• Collaborating with senior lawyers, partners, and agents to deliver high-quality legal services;
• Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices;
• Contributing to the overall growth and development of the legal team and the firm;
• Assisting with any other ad-hoc duties assigned as required.

What we're looking for

• Qualified lawyer with a degree in law and a valid practicing certificate.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and innovative legal solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin (Mandarin speaker would be an added advantage).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for the legal profession.
