Job description

The Large Account Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our relationships with major clients. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the client's business needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large accounts and driving significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base with large accounts in the assigned territories.
  2. Develop and execute key account plan to close large complex deals.
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders to influence decisions at various levels of the customer organization.
  4. Lead and coach a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to them in achieving sales goals.
  5. Identify and develop new business opportunities within new and existing accounts.
  6. Understand client needs and requirements, and provide comprehensive solutions to meet their business objectives.
  7. Conduct solution demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and develop winning proposals with the right value propositions.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams for successful delivery of products and services to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  9. Conduct weekly sales cadence with team members on sales forecasts, opportunity, and account plan review.
  10. Conduct half-yearly staff appraisals to ensure they are on track in achieving good performance, exceeding management’s expectations.
  11. Present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Human Resource or a related field from a recognized university.
  2. Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, or in a similar role, with a focus on large accounts acquisition, development, and retention.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong ability to understand client needs and provide solutions based on those needs in improving their competitive advantage, customer experience, market share, profitability, and innovation capability.
  5. Ability to develop and execute sales/account plans, meet/exceed sales targets.
  6. Strong leadership, coaching, and 10 years of team management skills and experience.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  8. Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 5-8 years of experience in real estate, property, construction, hospitality, human resource, asset management, and leasing sector.
  2. Master's Degree or equivalent advanced diploma.
