As a Language Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of quality in labeling to enhance AI model accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily sampling tasks for one or multiple projects in your working language.
• Conduct thorough data analysis, provide feedback on labeling quality, and handle appeals.
• Provide feedback and analysis on policy updates to identify areas of improvement.
• Work closely with Project POC and Project QA to ensure labeling quality is up to standard.
• Collaborate with AI Lab team or Model Training team to enhance labeling guidelines.
• Participate in the development of quality inspection standards and optimize processes.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year working experience as Quality Assurance Analyst.
• Experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety/Labeling is an advantage.
• Proficient in English and Vietnamese.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree in linguistic background preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills.
• Strong learning ability and cross-department communication skills.
• Able to work under minimal supervision with strong logic/common sense.
• Familiarity with office software such as Excel, Word, etc.
