LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

• To manage, coordinate and monitor landscape maintenance activities at site.
• To constantly perform spot-check/rounding to ensure no part of landscape areas are left unattended.
• To manage and handle complaints and to provide/propose rectification plans to client.
• To provide remedy for plants and trees that are nutrient deficient, infected with diseases or infested with pests.
• To order material required by the site and to do preventive maintenance on small and large equipment lorry, brush cutter, trimmer and blowers in order to minimize the downtime.
• To ensure the workers are trained on how to use equipment before carrying out the assigned jobs in order to minimize the machines breakdown.
• To ensure all works carried out by the workers as set out in their job description are completed within the deadline and with appropriate safety measures.
• To keep track of the workers’ daily attendance.
• To source for workers replacement should the worker resign.
• To attend and participate in meetings required by the clients or administrative department.
• To prepare work schedule/program, monthly reporting and other reporting required by the client.
• To propose landscape upgrading to client should it be required.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Landscape Management, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
