LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Basic Salary + Incentive + Bonus + Allowance + Annual trip

Location: Selangor – Bandar Puteri, Puchong

Responsibilities:

• Assist in concept and schematic design development, public outreach and presentations, design charette facilitation, plan and report preparation.
• Draft drawings, plans, and designs for construction, sales, tender, and project works as required using AutoCAD software.
• Plot or print drawings, check, amend or modify, complete and deliver all drawings as instructed by the Landscape Architect.
• Undertake any other related tasks as directed by the Landscape Architect.
• Perform any other works deemed necessary for the operations of the department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in design development, technical solutions, and liaison with authorities.
• This position is open to local Malaysian candidates only.
• Strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
• Proficient in computer applications, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and other 3D software.
• Confident, independent, and responsible.
• Able to work under pressure and multitask.
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must have a driving license or motorcycle license.
