Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 1-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidate must have at least 1 year on-site meeting and authorities submission experience.
• Required Skill(s): Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.
• Candidate must have a driving license.
• Preferably Executive specialized in Landscape Architecture/Architectural or equivalent.
• Able to perform independently to attend site & coordination meeting with a full understanding of the site progress, technical drawing and able to handle basic site issues related to technical drawing, and report the site issues and progress to the director from time to time.
• Able to assist in concept design work with a full understanding of basic functional requirements for landscape design fundamentals of hard and soft landscape to suit users and activities under the supervision of the director.
• Able to independently develop the concept design into the technical detail drawing with less supervision from senior landscape architect.
• Manage and supervise the Assistant Landscape Architect and trainee schedule to perform and deliver the design development and landscape technical drawing, including the authorities submission drawing, coordination drawing, tender drawings and contracts drawing, and any site coordination drawing required.
• Able to perform independently for authority submission and advisory work on landscape issues arising from legislative requirements, including managing the submission drawing to meet the requirements and coordination with the authority officers to enable the authorities approval.
• Able to supervise Assistant Landscape Architect and trainee and perform project management duties, including the administration of tender documents and contracts documents, minutes of meetings, documentation during site construction progress (such as EOT, AI, etc.).
