Landed Housing Site Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidate must possess minimum Diploma or Degree in Architectural, Engineering, or Building Management.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.
• Preferably specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Familiar with CIDB Qlassic Standard.

Responsibilities

• To ensure all project practices and material installation meet the quality and constructional requirements.
• To identify problems associated with quality control and highlight them to the superior/management.
• Provide leadership to the project team on aspects concerning quality.
