Land Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• Setting out wall alignment and reduce level.
• Assist in drawing and export data for claim purposes.
• Assist in conducting land surveys, including boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
• Set up and operate surveying equipment, such as total stations, levels, and GPS devices.
• Collect, record, and process survey data under the guidance of the Surveyor Officer/Supervisor.
• Prepare survey reports and documentation as needed.
• Maintain and organize survey equipment and tools.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure project specifications are met.
• Participate in fieldwork and site inspections as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• A degree in Land Surveying or related disciplines.
• Those without the above qualification but with substantial years of construction experience will also be considered.
• Proficient in 3D AutoCAD.
• Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy.
