Laboratory Technician (Seri Kembangan, Selangor)

We are looking for a highly motivated & detail-orientated Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our lab and diagnostic equipment runs smoothly and efficiently at customer sites.

Responsibilities

1. Perform on-site installations, trainings and follow comprehensive testing procedures to verify equipment is operating safely and correctly.
2. Provide expert troubleshooting and repair support, assisting both customers and field service teams to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
3. Conduct assigned service tasks and maintenance on schedule, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
4. Upkeep of service tools & facilities compliance on regulations, licensing requirement and standard issued by the statutory body etc.
5. Generate timely & accurate reports and documentation.

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma/Advance Diploma within science field – Applied Physics/Biomedical/ Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Good knowledge in repair, preventive maintenance & testing, commissioning methodologies and instruments. Experience with laboratory or diagnostic equipment is a plus.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
6. Must possess own car. Able to travel throughout Klang-valley and Outstation.
7. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
