As the Labor & Employee Relations Manager,
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that drive a collaborative and productive labor-management relations. Your expertise in labor laws, coupled with your exceptional negotiation skills will help you navigate complex and sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact.
