Lab Technician

• To ensure the quality of product release is complying to QC Specification and to provide assistances to Senior Laboratory Assistant / QC Chemist / QC Manager as needed.
• Conduct testing for each product according to QC specification before released to customer.
• Conduct testing of raw materials according to test method and QC specification.
• To record and update all QC data, test results accurately and report findings to immediate superior.
• To prepare samples for Sales & Marketing Department when necessary.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S practices in the laboratory.
• Ensuring that all safety guidelines are adhered at all times within the laboratory and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain all equipment and tools in proper working order and maintain a clean work area.
• Ensure QC comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.
• To perform other job functions deem necessary by immediate superior / management.

Your expertise - Our strength

• Experience in Laboratory at least 1 year, experience in same industry will be an advantage. Fresh graduate encouraged to apply.
• Laboratory testing skill. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in shift.
• Able to work independently and efficiently under minimum supervision.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work such as moving and lifting equipment, standing for long periods of time, etc.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Positive attitude and always seek for better improvement.
