Lab analysis, including physicochemical testing (e.g., pH, Brix, salt, viscosity, etc.) and sensory/organoleptic evaluation
Communication with the production team on go/no-go for the subsequent processing steps based on analytical results
Test results entry into ERP system (SAP)
External instrument calibration coordination
Managing benchmark/reference sample inventory control
Preparation of chemicals and standardization of titrants
CIP chemical titration for verification of chemical concentration
New product trial support
Consumables stock monitoring and requisition
Lab document filing and archiving
Overall management of lab orderliness and cleanliness
Escalate any deviation/deficiency/non-conformity/abnormality in any aspect of the lab operations promptly to the QA Officer and Assistant Process QA Manager
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline
Possess a positive attitude
Energetic, flexible, innovative and a good team player
Able to work in rotating shift and on weekends - Day & Night shift (8am-8pm, 8pm-8am)
