The Position
Role Purpose
As the Lab IT & Workflow Solutions Partner (WFIT), you will act as a technical resource to the exciting implementation team with key responsibilities of configuration, testing, and go-live support. Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.
Actively participates in and conducts pre-implementation, implementation, and post-project review meetings for RDMY customers with internal stakeholders. Performs remote configuration, testing, and troubleshooting or repair of WFIT and Digital solutions during the implementation process; e.g. go live, as needed.
Exercises independent judgment in evaluating methods and may determine criteria for obtaining solutions.

As a qualified Lab IT & Workflow Solutions Partner, you will:
- Support the with WFIT and Digital Solutions implementations and troubleshooting.
- Provide expertise to new hires to raise the knowledge on WFIT and Digital Solutions.
- Create a collaborative community to get the good practices for WFIT and Digital Solutions implementations.
- Able to develop a program to cater customer needs.
- Document all changes, modifications, scripts/programs created on Lab IT software.
- Document all customers’ touchpoints in the CRM system correctly in a timely manner.
- Support predictive maintenance via record cases into CRM for root cause analysis.
- Deliver service, preventive maintenance, software upgrade commitments according to the planned schedule.
- Develop, prepare and maintain training and literature materials.
- Manage accounts, prioritize jobs, and assign to teammates accordingly.
- Able to analyze data generated from WFIT solutions and provide insights/action recommendations from the data analysis.
- Follow all documented procedures and processes, to ensure the product application/solution functions to specifications.
- Ensure internal and external stakeholders satisfaction during the installation and integration processes and post-go-live period.
- Manage expectations, identify risks, and formulate plans to minimize impacts to the project by ensuring project progress on schedule while meeting all other specified project performance parameters.
Who you are:
Qualification and Experience:
- 2-3 years working experience in the relevant field and has Lab WFIT and Digital Solutions knowledge and implementation experience.
- Hands-on knowledge on computer hardware/networking/Operating System/Applications/databases and SQL programming languages.
- Preferable with medical laboratory experience.
- Marketing and business development experience will be a plus.
- Prior experience developing, delivering, and assessing training programs.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Preferable to have IT/Middleware/LIS Experience.
- Preferable to have knowledge of all Roche products within the business area, and specialized knowledge in a particular product area.
