Inspect incoming products, raw materials, and conduct in-process inspections to ensure they meet quality standards.
Perform random sampling of finished goods to confirm compliance with specifications and customer satisfaction.
Oversee packing plant operations and online packing to ensure packed products meet specifications and regulatory requirements (e.g., Food Act).
Monitor and report on shelf-life status; evaluate new and existing products/ingredients/formulations through testing to ensure they meet standards.
Monitor and update monthly chemical stock; ensure daily updates of product approval status in the ERP system.
Provide training and guidance to the QA team, foster teamwork, maintain lab equipment, ensure cleanliness, and contribute to quality data analysis and process improvement.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of staff.
Ability to cooperate and work effectively in teams.
Strong organizational and planning skills for managing routine tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food hygiene, and housekeeping principles.
Minimum SPM qualification with 5+ years of experience in a QC or related field preferred.
Proficient in mathematics and willing to work overtime/shift as required.
