Lab Assistant

• Assist the laboratory supervisor in completing daily testing and analysis tasks;
• Perform sample collection, preparation, and testing according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
• Record, organize, and maintain test data and reports;
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment;
• Ensure the laboratory is clean and adhere to safety regulations;
• Verify and confirm abnormalities reported on raw materials, main materials, and auxiliary materials from the production site;
• Assist in radiation-related testing and safety monitoring to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Provide support for radiation protection and offer technical guidance to the team.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, Environmental Science, or related fields is preferred;
• RPO (Radiation Protection Officer) or RPS (Radiation Protection Supervisor) certification;
• Familiarity with laboratory procedures, with prior experience in radiation testing or related fields being an advantage;
• Strong teamwork and communication skills;
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to quality work;
• Proficiency in operating standard laboratory equipment and familiarity with testing standards and analytical methods will be an added advantage.
