Job Description

This Credit & Marketing role mainly focuses on Industrial & equipment HP and mostly deals with SME clients, business owners from various sectors, and those clients recommended from our suppliers.
The candidate doesn’t have to search for new prospects but is required to build up a good relationship with suppliers to get leads.

1. To market industrial hire purchase products to existing customers and new prospects.
2. To conduct site visits and Know Your Customer (KYC) on new applications and make recommendations with sound credit judgment to the credit department.
3. To ensure assigned cases are followed up timely and ensure completion within the stipulated time frame.
4. To develop and maintain good business relationships with existing and prospective customers and suppliers.
5. To conduct ongoing reviews on existing customers and assist in collections whenever required.
6. Plan and carry out more marketing activities to achieve the target in terms of volume amount and number of clients.
7. Achieve sales and profit targets.

Qualifications

Requirement

■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Over 1 year of sales and marketing experience in the hire purchase/leasing industry.
・Staying power over 3 years (not a job hopper).
・Must possess own car and driving license, and must be willing to travel.

■ ADVANTAGES
・Knowledge of current hire purchase market trends will be an added advantage.

■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Strong initiative and desire to exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good marketing, sales management, and analytical skills.

Additional Information

・Basic Salary = RM 3,500 - RM 6,000
・Allowances (RM 400)
・Handphone Allowance = RM 100
・Parking Allowance = RM 150
・COLA = RM 250
