KITCHEN CREW

About the role

We are looking for a passionate CREW to join our team at AMAZON DINERS (M) SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hospitality establishment.

What you'll be doing

• Handle and manage proper outlet opening and closing according to the agreed opening and closing time.
• Greet customers as they enter the outlet with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Gives purchasing recommendation and upselling to customer.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to SOP and quality standards.
• Ability to manage and handle all delivery platforms.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen.
• Assist in stock-take and organizing inventory, including food, supplies, and utensils.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
• Follow safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment for customers and staff.

What we're looking for

• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
• Experienced in F&B and understanding the CAYG concept.
• Must be able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Open to Malaysian age 18 years and above.
