Kindergarten Principal
Job description
- Fully responsible for all aspects of kindergarten operations, including educational management, logistics management, and safety management.
- Lead the overall work of the kindergarten, develop annual work plans, and regularly assign, summarize, and report on tasks.
- Responsible for the hiring, evaluation, and training of kindergarten teachers.
- Responsible for meeting with parents.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in a related education field, with a preference for early childhood education specialization.
- Familiar with knowledge of early childhood education or educational management.
- Extensive management experience with well-developed management skills.
- Knowledgeable about the operation of the early childhood education industry and relevant laws and regulations.
- Strong verbal communication, coordination, and crisis management skills, with the ability to handle various emergencies.
