KEY ACCOUNTS SPECIALIST

Job Description

• In charge and liaise with key accounts for all sales activity.
• Gather market information and report to management with suggestions.
• Organise a meeting with overseas' technical expert during their visit.
• Act as middle person role play in connecting oversea technical people to local customers.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
• Identify target accounts and clients’ needs, propose solutions and devise strategies to overcome competitive obstacles.
• Responsible to assist collecting payment in establishing, promoting and maintaining company brand image.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Good in communication skill and ability to manage people.
• At least 3-5 years of sales or key account management experience (agriculture or medical business/industry).
• Good verbal and written English communication skills, with exceptional influencing and interpersonal management skills.
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
• Diploma or Degree in Animal Science/Veterinary/Biotechnology or relevant academic.
• Must possess own transport with valid D class driving license.
• Willing to travel outstation when necessary.
